Time of Delivery
For each product we indicate the production time (eg. 1-5 working days). With more than 70% percent of all orders we could start shipping several days before the indicated maximum time span! We ship our products not later than after the maximum timespan.
The deadline for orders is daily (mo-fr) at 10.00h am. If you order before 10.00h and all files are in order, we ship on the next day (=production time 1 WD) at the earliest, and one day after the maximum production time at the latest. The prerequisite is that you correctly upload your printable pre-press data during the order process!

Example:
On a monday morning at 9.45h, you order 1.000 flyers DIN A6 and choose a production time of 1-3 working days.
We ship on Tuesday (1 WD) at the earliest and Thursday at the latest. This mean that via express delivery you will receive your flyers either Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

Shipping methods
Standard delivery via DPD usually takes 1-3 working day, in 98% of all cases the products are delivered one working day after the day of shipping. With TNT express delivery we guarantee delivery on the working day after the day of shipping! There are no deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays, and in case nobody accepts delivery, there will be two more attempts free of charge.
